holiday inn redesign, visual identity, and signage

Goal: Elevate outdated brand to a new welcome, a new way to collaborate, a new flavor, a new Holiday Inn.

Process: Redefined brand identity through a complete refresh: more sophisticated color palette, bold headlines, and dynamic images, and highlighting the Holiday Inn brand’s iconic history in a richer, more modern interpretation. Additionally, a sleek new global signage design was implemented at a 20% cost saving.

Outcome: Implementation of new brand across 1,200 open Holiday Inn hotels with an additional 252 in the pipeline across 76 countries.


church’s texas chicken rebrand and restaurant design

Goal: Transform brand to reflect Texan roots (and flavor) and stand out in competitive chicken-sandwich landscape.

Process: New name, new logo, new brand positioning, new visuals, same delicious offerings. We reimagined food photography and video to be bold and larger than life with a tongue-in-cheek tone, while introducing the true Texas persona.

Outcome: Customer recognition of new identity, updated restaurants, a refreshed website, and that same trailblazin’ spirit. Overall, the brand grew in footprint and development pipeline, breaking unit-level sales records across the board.
